Meet Lottie, Your Photographer

Lover of the In-between Moments + Golden Light

Story telling photography, with a full heart + an eye for the unscripted moments.

I genuinely love connecting with + uplifting whoever I am photographing. My natural affinity to connect with people is one of my best qualities. I’m a lover of details + authenticity. My approach is very natural + relaxed. I like to be as unobtrusive as possible to allow things to flow organically. I like to document, not construct.

Sometimes I’ll give you a gentle nudge + a bit of guidance, but human connection is something I seek out with my camera. People come to me because they are drawn to my laid back style. They are often surprised with themselves when they look at the photos I deliver, to find their moments much more beautiful + romantic than they realised. I’m just here to hold the mirror and show you the details you otherwise miss.

I pour my heart into my work, it’s the undercurrent of everything I do, but i do it all whilst having a giggle. I’m the first to take the piss out of myself + I never take myself too seriously.

I have a degree in commercial photography, so whilst I am quite romantic with my approach to photography, I am also incredibly confident in the technicalities + am always educating myself further.

On a personal level…

I live just outside of Tunbridge Wells with my husband. We’ve been married for 7 years and have 2 lovely boys together.

I created my business in photography, because I love taking photos and meeting new people, but also to create a life that works around me and my family. I want to immerse myself in the lives of my loved ones, to enjoy the ride and take pictures along the way. To be happy and find the magic in the every day. When looking for it in other people’s lives, it allows me to appreciate it in my own life.

I love the outdoors and going for walks in the countryside. Taking time to unplug and explore natures delights is important to me. That said, I’m also a bit of a home bird, because after a long walk I love plonking down on the sofa and watching a good film. I bond with my friends and family over food.

If you think we would get along, I would love to hear from you, so make your way over to my Contact Page.

The three loves of my life…
